Filofax Return Policy

We pride ourselves on making your shopping experience as easy as possible. Simply follow the guide below if you are unhappy with any item you have purchased from Filofax.

  • Return the item to us in its original condition with your order reference number within 28 days of dispatch and you will be issued a refund for the price of the item(s) We ask that you wrap the parcel carefully to prevent damage.
  • We advise that you obtain and keep proof of your postage as you may need this at a later stage.
  • Unfortunately items ordered from our website cannot currently be returned to a retail store.

Processing your Refund

Once the returned item(s) has arrived at our warehouse, the team will then process a full refund for the value of the item(s) returned to the original payment method used i.e. Credit card or PayPal. Please allow 14 days for the refund to appear in your account. If you have not received the refund after this time, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help you at rediform.commercial@rediform.com.


Exchanges and Faulty Items

Exchanges can only be made on faulty products. Please contact rediform.commercial@rediform.com within 7 days of receipt if your item(s) is faulty. If you ordered the incorrect item(s) by mistake, please return the item(s) using our returns policy to be refunded. You will then need to place a new order for the correct product(s).
