Getting your parcel of Filofax goodies delivered straight to your door is our main priority. We have a number of different couriers and options to make sure that your order gets to you in time for your daily journaling, to-dos and gift giving.

You will receive a dispatch email, which will include your chosen delivery method, address information, and a full list of items shipped within your order. Please keep this dispatch email safe as it will need to be referenced if you would like to return anything.

All UPS 1 Day and UPS 2 Day service orders that are received by 6:30 am EST (Monday through Friday) are shipped that day. All UPS 1 Day and UPS 2 Day service orders received after 6:30 am are shipped on the following business day.
